NOTES
1. Laconia II, 107 insists that this site is close by the Heroon described by Wace and Hasluck [1904]. The required distances seem to match and the photo in Laconia II, Plate 25 (c) seems identical to the hill that I have marked. I have reconstructed the position of the Heroon at F5325 and the Spring at F5326. These should be approximately correct.
2. Banou [1996] also insists that this is close to the Heroon of Wace and Hasluck.
