2. The names are

Tatar Magoula: the settlement mound denoted by the marker. The uppermost part has been damaged by bulldozing and that is why Simpson gives varying site sizes.
Orthe: the name of the town almost certainly situated on this Magoula in the Iliad (2.739)
Phalanna: the modern village 1.5 km. to the SE of the Magoula. The location of ancient Phalanna is uncertain (Simpson [2018] 488).

3. The IGEAN gives the coordinates for Tatar Magoula (it calls this 'Phalanna 1') here. The DEFC gives a position about 300 m. to the N of the correct one ('Site Tatar Magoula') here.
