"Zwei Tholoi? C. W. Blegen machte W. A. McDonald und R. Hope Simpson auf diesen Fundort aufmerksam. Ein eingestürztes Tholosgrab konnte mit einiger Sicherheit nachgewiesen werden, da neben einem Durchmesser von 20 m auch die Richtung des Dromos (20°) angegeben werden konnte. Ob es sich bei dem zweiten, nur etwa 50 m entfernten Hügel tatsächlich um eine Tholos handelt, könnte nur eine Grabung klären. Elektromagnetische Untersuchungen des Areals im Jahr 1999 konnten ein Gebäude mit rundem Grundriß orten. Bei einer Begehung des Geländes fanden G. S. Korres und seine Mitarbeiter im Jahr 1993 frühbronzezeitliche und frühmykenische Keramik."

"Two tholoi? C. W. Blegen made W. A. McDonald and R. Hope Simpson aware of this site. A collapsed Tholos grave could be proven with some certainty, since in addition to a diameter of 20 m, the direction of the dromos (20 °) could be indicated. Whether the second hill, only about 50 m away, is actually a tholos, could only be clarified by an excavation. Electromagnetic investigations of the area in 1999 were able to locate a building with a round floor plan. During an inspection of the site in 1993, G. S. Korres and his colleagues found early Bronze Age and Early Mycenaean ceramics."
