NOTES

1.  This important Mycenaean settlement is thoroughly discussed in Blegen's work from 1921 and his report is the indispensable source for those starting to read about Korakou. This work is freely available online here.

2.  'When Morgan [1999] 469, '6. Korakou' says "A further chamber tomb discovered close to the sea, east of Lechaion, may be related" her words "east of Lechaion" are ambiguous.  She may be referring to C6797.

On p. 469, '5 Ag. Gerasimos' she has already referred to a chamber tomb which is definitely C6797.  I am not aware of another chamber tomb on the other (eastern) side of Ancient Lechaion (F1105).'
